See scan - absolutely perfect condition. This is an absolutely scarce and rare Imperial Russian White Army immigrants and Immigration Organization of the disabled Imperial officers during the revolution Lottery Ticket / LOTO note, issued in Bulgaria during 1931 in aid of the Organization. The ticket is for 10 Levs and was in 50K circulation. This scarce piece has an exceptional design with the Imperial Russian eagle Crest and Coat of Arms, as well as the order of St. George. The ticket measures 120mm x 67mm and so far there are no more than 4-5 such pieces known to exist in collections. Scarce imperial Russian immigration collector piece and one of the rare Lottery tickets.
