Item description:

See scan - perfect condition and perfectly preserved. One of the seals applied at the patch reads - ETAT FRANCAIS - MAIRIE DE PAU, and the other one is the special seal of the German Wermacht. Large letters D.P. are printed at top which mean - DEFENSE PASSIVE. Nice and scarce item from the days of the NAZI German occupation of the French territories.
