See scan - perfect condition for this absolutely scarce and one of a kind badge. This is a WWII Bulgarian gold badge of a Chief Commander of the Bulgarian NAZI Hitler Youth Organization called RATNIK. The Ratniks were the fanatic right fascist movement during this period and was a real secret structured organization. The Ratnik HJ members were para military extremist fascists and were the only completely and really antisemitic movement in Bulgaria during this time. It was such a movement that it even threatened to overthrow the Bulgarian rule of King Boris III. The badge is bronze made with original gold wash / gilt. It is a nice and large piece and measures around 39 mm in diameter. The whole badge is surrounded with oak leaf wreaths and has a special clasp at back. There are no titles or text whatsoever and that was the way it was meant to be. Although the Ratnik Hitler Youth Organization had multiple demonstrations it still remained half secret on its exact structure. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME A BADGE OF A CHIEF OF THE ORGANIZATION IS OFFERED FOR SALE. So far there is no other known piece to exist in collections. Absolutely scarce military / militaria collector piece and one of the rarest WWII Bulgarian badges.
