Item description:

See scan - perfect condition. This is one of the rarest Bulgarian Communist era badges. It is the badge of a river ship Captain / Commander of Long Distance Cruise and Destination travels. Only ship Captains that went on river - sea cruises starting from the Danube river and later crossing the ocean wore that badge. So far I've seen just a few of these for sale. Scarce piece with an anchor and a helm in the middle. Great filigree work. True militaria / military collector item and one of the rarest modern Bulgarian badges.
