Q: How do I buy an item from the VicMart store?
A: Two options:
Option 1. VicMart itself sells different collectibles, so if you see a Seller
Nick / Seller ID saying VicMart, it means it is our own item. You can buy the
item using our payment link to the CCNow online payment system. In such case you
can also check VicMart's FAQ screen from our Main page.
Option 2. You want to buy an item from other than VicMart Seller Nick / Seller
ID. You will be asked to fill in a special Request to Buy an Item form from
Seller's item page. You will have to fill all your contact details, as well as
payment method preferences within the provided form and this form will be
relayed to Seller's e-mail. Seller must then contact you and both parties will
have to agree with each other's conditions and finalize the transaction in a
manner they've decided to do so. VicMart will not be a third party negotiator
between the sides during this process. It will be all up to your good will and
mutual trust (as in all other transactions done worldwide).
Q: Do I get charged for buying an item through VicMart?
A: NO - absolutely free to all Buyers.
Q: I have filled the form long ago, but Seller still doesn't contact me?
A: Try to fill the Request to Buy an Item Form again, since Seller might've had
a technical problem with e-mail. Also take in mind, that it is Seller's solemn
right not to contact a potential Buyer and it is up to his free will to do so.
Please, allow Seller enough time to consider all possibilities. Yet another
factor might be the fact that Seller could've been already contacted by another
Buyer and Seller is still in a negotiation process. We cannot force Seller to
contact you, so we only hope that your patience in such a case will yield the
desired positive result at the end.
Q: I sent payment to Seller, but I still don't get my item?
A: Please, allow enough time for the shipping process. Sometimes, it may take a
month and in exceptional cases even a bit more. However, if you haven't received
your item for an even longer period of time, we should suggest that you contact
Seller by asking him of further shipping details and an eventual Postal
Investigation. Unfortunately, we regret to say it but there are reported cases
of lost or stolen packages. Also, there are cases of fraud dealers over the net.
We struggle to make the Internet a trustworthy place, but still we cannot help
it when something like that happens. In case you still feel your Seller might
have swindled you in any manner and you have proof of it - feel free to contact
VicMart Admin immediately about it and VicMart will try to investigate the
matter further. However no other sanctions are possible to Seller than partially
or permanently suspending him from our Store. Please, also check our

A: This is a precaution measure to limit spam and other e-mail abuse of our

A: You can always subscribe to our free online Newsletter. All newly listed
items' titles and their Categories within each 24 hours will be mailed to you.
Q: How can I make sure that an item is authentic?
A: You can always use VicMart's free online authentication services, as long as
the item meets certain criteria from which we can derive our conclusions.
